Complete Renovation of a Detached Villa Located in Parque de la Reina, Calle Jangada No. 18, Arona (Santa Cruz de Tenerife) – Interior and Exterior

For this project, we completed a complete renovation of the home, working on both the interior and exterior spaces, with a complete modern and functional restyling.

The project included the complete overhaul of all systems, both electrical and plumbing, implemented in accordance with current regulations and using cutting-edge technological solutions.

The air conditioning system was integrated into the ceiling, ensuring optimal thermal comfort and a clean, minimalist aesthetic.

All false ceilings were constructed of plasterboard, with integrated LED lighting and recessed spotlights, designed to enhance the spaces and create a modern and elegant lighting effect.
